View Full Version : Stanford Communists

At Stanford University, communists have organized a books, not bombs (http://www.nyspc.net/home.html) subversive website. The website is pretty clever and I can see how energetic students looking for a cause of some type might be tempted to gravitate to it because we live in passionate times with looming wars that threaten the very survival of the United States.
The problem is, like all communist instruments, many radical leftist tools of collectivization and the centralized desire of radicalism isn't very clear or completely unclear to the unsuspecting student who may be hoodwinked into joining such a group.
To really understand what this group is all about, read The Terrorist Popular Front (http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=6548) by Mr. David Horowitz. It is clear that the Stanford "dove" website is organized by wannabe communists, a direct opposite ideology to everything that the United States stands for.
I wonder how many students on the self-proclaimed webpage "strikelist" (http://www.nyspc.net/strikelist.html) know they are working for communist causes? The "strikelist" is pretty interesting because students are encouraged to "go on strike" and have, as students did at Stanford. You know, go "on strike" from their classes lol. I guess as student communists they can't strike in reality with communist undertones so they have to "strike" in the classroom to send a message to the "evil capitalists".
The only other question I have is how many of the 150,000,000 people who died last century at the hands of communism and its agents ever had the chance to "feel the love" of the "dove" this subversive website flashes as it is brought up on the web browser.
Stalin would have been proud of these "useful idiots", as he liked to quote regularly.

Check out this "Young Communist League" website. (http://www.yclusa.org/) It also uses the "books not bombs" slogan.
It is particularly funny how unsuspecting students can form these groups when war looms. The problem, in my opinion, is that students today have no understanding of sacrifice and would rather run into the hands of radical communists than be loyal to their own country. Why is there no mention on the mini-wannabe-commie website of the 150,000,000 people murdered by communism last century, a feat that Adolf Hitler couldn't even dream about?
Are these the "leaders" of the future that Stanford is producing?!? Stanford is a clearinghouse for tiny-Leninists.

Many American students are spoiled and have no reason to complain about anything. What this is about is how dangerous it is for universities to be 100% politically Stalinist. Students are getting only 1/2 an education.
Students should ask questions before they join groups. Here are a few easy ones:
1) Ok, I have been asked to march for a "cause". What group(s) have organized them, and what is their political agenda? Is their leader a communist or is the main organizer communist? Is it right for me to march on behalf of a group that organized the march if the group has aligned itself with a foreign government?
2) What is a communist? What is a communist who uses the politically correct socialist angle in recruitment? What does communism really do for me? What does it do for the world? What has it done for the world? (answers are in The Black Book of Communism, published by Harvard University Press)
3) Is there really such a thing as a "young-communist"? Isn't that subversive like the "Hitler Youth"? If it isn't subversive, why not? Why didn't the founding fathers of the United States find it important to create an "American Youth" organization?
4) What does communism do for me? How is being part of a mindless collective better than being free?
5) If communism is so "cool and fashionable", why has it been a failure inside every country it took root?
6) Isn't the exploitation of youth wrong? Why does communism do that? Why does communism need "students" at universities for a voice? If communism is so cool, where are the adults?

No hi:(
Ahh that well sprouted startment it's so fashionable, a powerful must have sheep philosophy.
Maybe they did ask theose questions, maybe they are sick of the old fashioned views sprouted around by free America etc? Maybe they want control like that under communism.
Can't you go round and get a Jedi following up and running:D

Jedi,
Do you really think that students from Stanford are so stupid?
They already know the answers to all your "simple" questions. That's why they are against the war and that's why they have at least a cause to fight for.
I think that under your standards, you would always prefer young people interested on fashion, Jackass TV programmes and celebrities.
You really underestimate them.

lol.
I don't know if the country could handle a Jedi following, Pie. ;)
I also don't know if the government would understand, considering my involvement with them on behalf of empowering the United States, so it is best if I just comment on what I see rather than forming groups to act on what I see. :D

They are stupid. That is what the deal is. They have latched onto a revolutionary cause with only 1/2 the story--the wrong 1/2.

They're not stupid, they are just naive. Most college kids are. Whats reassuring is that most graduates snap out of their rabid fanatism after college.

There is nothing wrong with being a communist. Whats wrong is that these people are convinced of the moral superiority of thier beliefs. As we all know people who think they are morally superior feel that they have a mission to convert humanity to their way of thinking.
