That is probably the most professionally-done piece of Web animation I have ever encountered. The graphics are great, the music is extremely mood-setting... all in all, very well done.
And yes, it is spooky. Even watching it in a well-lit office in the middle of the day gives me goosebumps.

I remember this video! I was linked to it somewhere else online. Yeah, while the video is interesting, I don't think it manages to provide any plausible claims. Most of the claims made in that video were unsubstantiated, and a few of them looked outright faked. Worth watching, though.

If you thought that was spooky, get a load of this...
This is totally cool. It takes a minute or so to see it, so don't give up. This is pretty neat.
Apparently the owners of this house had been seeing images and hearing voices for quite a while. They did some research and found that a lady once lived in the house who lost her husband during the civil war. Legend says that she used to sit at the table and look across the fields in anticipation of her loved one returning home. He never came. So, they say she still waits. They caught this photo of what they claim to be her.
This one was wild and a little spooky once you find the ghost in the picture. It took me a few seconds to find it, but when you do it just stands out. Like one of those optical illusions. To save you some time, concentrate around the table. Best not to focus too much on one spot. Look around the table and toward the window. Click on the link below for the picture. Best to enlarge. For an added touch turn up the volume, it's faint but you can hear the ghost talking, sometimes in a low murmur. Make sure you have you speakers cranked up. then click below.

Well, first of all, it's on an entertainment site. Second of all, it says "Urban Legends" right in the title. I don't think they were trying to do anything but put together an entertaining animation.

JPK If this is one of those "surprise" jpgs then ok, I never turn my sound up, so too bad. If it's supposed to be real, well it's a lovely breakfast nook.

Yeah, I know. It's just that the atmosphere of the video is so darn serious most of the time, it seems kind of laughable to me. That video is on eBaum's world, isn't it? It is an entertainment site, but they don't create the videos that are hosted there. Many are from other locations, such as Newgrounds. It's possible that the creators of the video do actually believe all this stuff, but not likely. Regardless, it is well put together.

I remember linking this video in a post a few weeks ago. Its pretty funny, but the presentation is quite professional.
A long wait for those, like me, who use dialup...

I dunno. If it weren't for the music...
The photographs that weren't out-and-out fakes, I wouldn't have noticed anything unusual if it han't been pointed out to me. Same thing with the audio clips and the video feedback; something like hearing satanic messages in a phonograph being played backwards. The video seemed to be just normal anomalies.
Quite honestly, I didn't see anything special, that couldn't be explained by the power of suggestion. The sad thing is, I know a couple of people who would be convinced by what's shown.
