Somebody linked me to this announcement (http://blog.iconsf.org/i-con-31-scitech-announces-dr-james-prego) at the I-Con web page, about ND James Prego being invited to the con. This con is apparently more about sci-fi and fantasy, but apparently the con is also about science in general. In any event, I figured I'd let the skeptical community know, in case anybody wants to raise a fuss. If you want to get word to the organizers of I-Con, here is their contact page (http://iconsf.org/contact.php).

I give up (after searching their lists of invited speakers) what's he going to talk about?

"Naturopathic Doctor", so, yeah, close enough.

He's on a few panels, if you look at the schedule (http://iconsf.org/schedule/schedule.php). "Alien Biology", Saturday @ 3 pm; "Bad Science: Ancient Aliens, Chariots of the Gods: Pseudo Science for Ratings", Saturday @ 4pm; "FutureNOW: Technology and Sex", Saturday @ 10pm; "Is There An Alternative To Medicine?" (this is the Science track, apparently), Sunday @ 11am.
The main one that seems to really be a platform for him to push his woo is the last panel.
