For their mega-version of the traditional north African dish, teachers and students used 2,600 kilos of dry semolina, which was steamed and buttered, the meat of 100 sheep and 1.5 tonnes of vegetables.

I couldn't figure out if it was a single mammoth couscou(??) or just a lot of the ordinary variety.

If the former, I can't imagine that they could cook the thing all the way to the center. If the latter, I'm not really impressed.
