Putting a search term into Google containing the word "homeopathy" prompted the pop-up advert for this site to appear;

The best bit is its disclaimers;

"Warning:
In the present position of science, white noise diodes are only considered as random generators. All the resulting effects, such as those just described, are not scientifically recognized."

Are we getting anywhere near dear Roger here? (Look at the "Bioelectromechanics" thread nestling in the GS&P forum, if you don't know what I'm talking about. But have a stiff drink handy when you do that.)

Actually this reminds me of some PEAR stuff Lucianarchy (and maybe I-Ian) were going on about before, unexpected correlations in random number generators. Presumably the idea is that the outcomes of quantum measurements can be mentally influenced. I didn't look at the PEAR results myself but I believe the conclusion was they were basically cherry-picking hits.

The idea of randomly choosing a woowoo remedy for your illness is fairly amusing, though...

I did try, but just couldn't keep wading through it.

I did try, but just couldn't keep wading through it. Well the first few pages are surreal, because Roger's posts were accidentally deleted (while archiving the thread because he kept reporting people for breaking unspecified laws). Though there is a rescued version available separately.

But the trick is just to read the last couple of pages, and then wade in. Fish? Barrel?
