SILVER SPRINGS, Nev. - Authorities are investigating whether a man sexually abused his three daughters after he shot his estranged wife in the face and kidnapped the teenagers at gunpoint.
One of the girls fatally shot Walter N. Ball Wednesday night as he slept in his car, about 30 miles east of Carson City, police said. He apparently had been drinking heavily.
The girls' mother, Cindy Ball, called police early Wednesday to say she had been shot and her children kidnapped by Ball, who was out on bail for charges of sexual assault and incest.
He had been served with a temporary protective order June 1, brought against him by one of his daughters, the Nevada Appeal reported. In the order, the girl said her father had held a gun to her head and pulled the trigger after sexually assaulting her. The weapon was apparently empty at the time.
Yet again a judge releases a clearly dangerous individual on bail, so he can batter a family frien, shoot his wife and kidnap his children.
There is no bais in protecting victims, yeah right. Because he is man he gets bail, after violating his order of protection.
Why?
Because people think it is okay to beat your wife and molest the kids.
If you care become involved, if you don't think there is a problem, then you are the problem.
Don't call domestic violence terrorism, don't call domestic violence torture. Well WTF is it then?
