Yeah I was pretty happy about that. Finally a state stands up to federal corruptment. All the major cities in California, have already done that.

I've been sort of out of touch for a while, but I assume that I am correct in assuming that this was widely reported by the left-wing, liberal-biased, commie-controlled, anti-American media.

As a German who has lived in the US (San Francisco) for 3 years and left the country as Mr. Ashcroft started spewing his filth, THIS makes me want to come back. As a TRUE patriot, this brought a little tear to my eye... hope you excuse my getting emotional.

Glad to see America can still stand for freedom and civil liberties - i was really getting afraid. Kudos to New Mexico!
