Muscle, you seem to have mixed things up here: The James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF) has made the $1mill challenge, not the people posting here on this board. None of us have a million to spare. If you want to contend for the JREF challenge, you need to apply to JREF. No amount of posting here will make you eligible for the prize.

But I can tell you this: The point of the prize IS to prove that nothing supernatural exists. But since you cant prove a negative, the price is awarded to anybody who can prove that it DOES exist. So far it is still unclaimed.

Your reasoning starts out with two erronious premises. First of all, we can determine to a very, VERY high degree of certainty that a given person does not have a million dollars. Investigating their past, their work history, who they have assocaited with are cumulatively highly reliable.

Secondly, you presuppose that the null hypothesis is that the median person is as likely to have a million dollars as not. This is preposterous, the average and median levels of wealth are far, far below a million or even fifty thousand dollars. It is a priori more probable that whatever wealth he does have is below that level.
