We went to a 4th of July event at some army Fort in Vancouver, WA and it was a decent time. However, I was a little pissed to find that there was a Scientology booth there. They were giving "stress" tests using the e-meter and personality tests. I wish I would've known they were there, then I could've printed out my own brochures from Xenu.net . It should be illegal to sell this stuff to the public as being scientific.
My wife was snotty to the guy that tried to give us a brochure saying that she doesn't fall for that sh**. She pointed to her american atheist hat, but the guy didn't know what the symbol meant.. and when she informed him that she was atheist, I think he didn't know what that meant. He was glassy eyed that someone would actually scoff at his beliefs, I think. MORONS, all of them.
