Okay...
One of the symptoms prior to an aneurysm blowing out, but while a slight-leak is occuring is a head-ache, a BAD one.
Is it possible for the aneurysm to not have started leaking yet, and STILL have the BAD-headache FROM the Aneurysm? Or no?

Yes, I know, I'm asking lots of questions.

If you have cause to suspect a circulatory problem like this call a paramedic.

I was in the ER yesterday. They did a C.T. scan.
I got a question though: Symptoms
"Although people with unruptured brain aneurysms may have headaches, this is often not associated with the actual aneurysm. Most people with unruptured brain aneurysms are completely asymptomatic have no symptoms, while others may experience some or all of the following symptoms, which suggest an aneurysm:
Cranial Nerve Palsy
Dilated Pupils
Double Vision
Pain Above and Behind Eye
Localized Headache"
Actually speaking. How bad would this pre-aneurysm head-ache be? Like a little bit of pain from stress, or like "OH ******" "THIS IS LIKE THE WORST HEADACHE I'VE EVER FELT!"?
And pain behind eye, how bad would that be? Like the "stabbed in the eye" feeling, or an ache only?

First off--you should be asking these things to a doctor, not a bunch a laypeople on an internet board.
Second--maybe you are having a migraine.

I doubt in the extreme that anyone on this board has had any form of brain haemorage and even if they did their personal experience could and would in no way be relatable to yours. The internet is not the place to seek medical advice on anything.
There is no sustitute for the advice of a qualified medical doctor who has seen you personally.
If you are worried, contact your local medical practitioner.

I went to the doctor, I went to the E-R.
I did have a head-ache for at least an hour while in the E.R. Supposedly, they call those "sentinal" headaches. Theoretically because a small amount of blood is leaking. Do you think in an hour, enough blood would have leaked out to be detected by the cat-scan?

If you had an inter-cranial haemorage going on, I'd be very surprised if they let you out and didn't keep you in under obs.
Have you got any further details?

I think there some specific questions for INRM that can flesh out these details.
Can you hear abnormal sounds? Are there any auditory effects? Particularly, can you hear echoing tapping sounds, sort of "trip trap trip trap trip"?

Not echoing, or tapping...
It feels like a burst of internal pressure, and a ringing like sound.

Just one thing to mention.
Is a headache the only symptom you're having? If so, I dunno if you realize that a headache is a symptom of probably at least 25% of the things that can go wrong with you. Headaches can be symptoms of (from the top of my head):
Stress
Migraine
Near- or far-sightedness (uncorrected)
Other eye strain (lighting changes, computer use, etc)
Dehydration
Lack of sleep
Flu/cold/other infection
Trauma (bonk on the head)
High Blood Pressure
Muscle Tension
Sinus pressure/allergy/hay fever
Toxicity/substance exposure (fumes from auto exhaust or certain cleaning fluids, for example)
There are more, those are just some of the common reasons. They can be indicative of more serious things, such as aneurysms or tumors, but that's by far the less likely cause.
In any case, I'd agree with what everyone else here is saying. Talk to your doctor about this. If you still have concerns, get a second opinion. You aren't limited to a single doctor or single visit. I'd suggest making a list over the next few days of your questions; carry a notepad and pen with you. Write out all your concerns and things you aren't sure about. Then, make one visit to your doc to discuss it all with him (he'll most likely be happy to do this...if you call him daily with new questions he might well get irate, though. Do it in a chunk :) ).

Does "Tink-ta-tink-tink" qualify? I was lying down a little while ago, and I heard that.
What does that mean?
