I've heard of many. I'm sure there is atleast 1 in the UK. Randi's is just one of the biggest.

Why? are you going to win it?:D

I'm located in the UK. If you can demonstrate a psi power to me, I'll buy you a pint and you can watch me eat my hat. Tempted?

About £12,000 (~US$20,000) is available by UK skeptic's organizations. About 90500 euros (~US$97000) total available throughout the rest of Europe.

Skeptic offers $250,000 (http://www.drdino.com/index.jsp ) dollars to anyone who can prove evolution.

Seriously, dont scrap your credibility like that.

Or at least put a smiley at the end, so we know you're joking.

See this (http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/hovind.html) for scientific, logical, and legal problems of Hovind's prize.

It's been done. Many times. You have a pathogen that develops an immunity to certain drugs. Voila! Evolution at it's simplest. Selective pressure causes certain individuals to survive better, thus, the species develops new traits they didn't have before.

In case you didn't know it, this is exactly what evolution is. You can call it by a different name if you like (in order to save your $250,000) but it is exactly what the theory of evolution predicts will happen. How do you explain this phenomenon?

You're right, of course, and HIV is the most celebrated(?) recent example.
Hovind's challenge, however, goes much further than evolution-by-natural-selection and also requires you to prove that God had nothing to do with the Big Bang or abiogenesis.
Most of us here realise the logical impossibility of that - but we're not his audience.

Here is the evidence that the million dollars exist. (http://www.skepticreport.com/images/investmentaccount.gif)

Can I see evidence that Hovind's $250,000 exist?
