Harvard psychiatrist, author, and alien abduction researcher John Edward Mack was hit by a car and killed yesterday in London.I wonder if the accident had anything to do with the fact that foreigners in England use to look to the "wrong" side of the road before crossing it.

BTW, Eugene Shoemaker (sp?) died in Australia also hit by a car, didn't he?

Whatever we might think of Mack's work, this is a sad event for his friends and family.

Such a pointless and avoidable death saddens me.
