This sounds like something from the middle ages, the kind of thing that makes legends and saints. Oh well, at least there's a war on to keep this sort of thing out of the prime time.

I read somewhere (no link, no citation, but I'm terrible about that) about a system that projects some sort of special sound wave that in turn propigates more sound, within a confined area.

Now how hard would it be to make a fish talk with one of these?
