To make this test I need extreme quitness and much time between 15 minutes till one hour. It can be that ghost-creature trouble me. So I have to begin new.

After this procedure I need time for my self to collect my power.
This sounds testable. The fact that he attributes his power to angels is neither here nor there. We're not interested in supposed mechanisms, remember?

I agree, thats testable, though i'm not certain what exact information he needs and what he then produces. I understand name is known and adress is derived via ability, but that would always lead to dozens of adresses, so maybe he would want more information,e.g. personality, picture or so.
