My hometown brewer, Anheuser-Busch, is debuting a new brew guaranteed to amuse college students and supplement lovers as well.

Not just caffeine, but Garuda, and other herbals to furnish a nice, energetic, wide-awake drunk.

I'm no great fan of the hometown product (though half the buildings here on campus bear old Auggie's name...), I was "raised" on good German beer after joining the army at age 17 and spending 3 years over there.
Our favorite at the time was Wurzburger Hoffbrau (we were only 20k outside of Wurzburg). Some years ago, A-B said they'd struck a deal to import the stuff, but it fell through. Broke my heart.
I tried their "Euro" beer a couple of weeks ago; not bad, but still distinctive A-B overtones.
Currently fond of Warstiener, Bitburg, and an occasional Fat Tire, which is quite decent.

I'm going to Octoberfest at Hunter Mountain, NY this weekend where the real beer (ie. German) generously flows into 24 oz cups for 4 bucks a pop. can't wait!

First flat-bottom tacos (http://www.randi.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=46305) and now caffeinated beer. Now if someone will just invent orgasm-inducing ice cream, we will have the perfect meal.
