It is now day 2 of the war and Baghdad is being pummelled, but the Iraqis have yet to unleash their weapons of mass destruction. We know they have them, because George W. Bush would never lie to the American people.
So when will those WMDs be used?
1) Tomorrow
2) As the ground troops approach Baghdad
3) Never, because in the elaborate shell game they were playing with UN inspectors, they forgot where they parked the mobile labs.
4) Never, because they destroyed them all after the cruise missile strike in a fiendish plot to make Our President look like the mother of all liars

Or:
5) Never. The Ba’ath party thinks that world wide public opinion is the only real thing going for them and that the longer they are able to draw out the conflict the more pressure there will be on U.S. to withdraw
Or:
6) Never. Those weapons are for civil non-combatants for the most part, why waste them on soldiers who are trained and prepared for them?
Or:
7) They are holding them off to use to repel the real threat…Planet X.
edited to add Planed X option, and oops, spellin

Anything capable of delivering WMD weapons within range of our troops has been obliterated.

Plus the fact that the US threatened to nuke the people of Iraq if he ever tried to use chemical or biological weapons.
THE United States is prepared to launch nuclear missiles against Iraq if President Saddam Hussein deploys chemical or biological weapons against American troops or allies, the White House said yesterday.

Or maybe...
Never - Because they don't have any
Although, admittedly, I haven't seen the proof that they don't have them.
