This weeks Economist has a long analysis (20 pages or so) of the US presidental election. I have not read it yet but I have found the Economist to be an excellent unpartisan source for US politics.

So the point of this thread is to endorse The Economist?
Relax. Kidding.

Seriously, the Economist is by far the best news magazine that I have read. As partisanship in the US media grows, I think it is essential for educated people to get less biased view points. I heartily endorse The Economist.
I started this thread in a hope to that other people can increase their knowledge and provide better arguments in this forum.

I take it they provide information on multiple points of view, including the main third parties?

My main complaint about the weekly Economist magazine, is that it takes me over a week to read it.

My dad used to read it all the time.
But he was retired and had the time.
