This is typical in many ways of current scams. In fact, I'd almost go so far as to call it archetypical. The essence of the site is to convince one of the scientific nature of the product being sold, and they try to do this in many ways:
Graphics: The banner at top has a DNA molecule, which looks very scientific, even though it's completely unrelated to the topic at hand. It's the picture equivalent of a buzzword, analogous to woo-hirudos (those who leech upon the credulous, thank you, I just invented the word) using the word quantum to snazz up their latest batch of snake oil. The same goes for the anonymous person in the lab coat, I cannot express the degree to which that particular cliché annoys me!
Jargon: Heaven knows I'm not the smartest thing to grace the earth, but darnit, I've got the better part of a high school education and I know that peptides aren't the same thing as proteins! Even when in doubt I'm just as capable as anyone else who reads this to use google to find out exactly what the terms they're using are, and to check their claims.
It's getting late, and I have a lot to do, so a complete analysis on my part will have to wait, perhaps indefinately. Trust me, I could go on a while about this one, but for now I'll leave with this:
who says the government never does anything? (http://www.fda.gov/ora/fiars/ora_import_ia5718.html)

How difficult should it be for a dedicated department to track down the persons behind this and completely destroy them ? Even if they are in some African country, isn't it possible to block their bank and Internet accounts ?

I like this part on the "Terms and Conditions" page:
If you are not satisfied with your order please return it back to us unopened and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products that are returned back to us opened or damaged will not be refunded. (Emphasis mine)

reputable doctors in the crocodile field have all given testimonials
You have to trust someone who can give a testimonial while standing in a field full of crocodiles...
