A question about Lurch

I've heard Lurch's spiel about fighting the war on "terror" fifty times - approximately "We're going to fight a smarter, more effective war and bring in our allies."

Now, does anyone have info on any details of what he plans? What exactly does "bring in our allies" mean e.g.?

I would expect he would go to those countries that have not supported the war in Iraq and say he will abandon the simplistic egomaniacal cowboy foreign policies of his predecessor and instead provide the leadership necessary to effectively pursue mutually beneficial policies. Like Bush Sr. (the sensible, adult Bush), he will build a coalition of countries that recognize the value of a stable middle east and convince them that their best interests can be achived through shared committment of money and other resources to Iraq.

RIIGHT! Like they're going to do that! :D

In other words, Lurch's "plan" is a combination of reflections of appeasers disconnect with the real world, and things Bush is already doing.
