MediaMatters is the brainchild of opportunist David Brock who is trying to start his own more partisan version of FAIR.

I hope this link works for a while. (http://mediamatters.org/index.html)

According to their own rules they should be showing a Bush win at 269 (well tie, but that means win) right now but they are leaving the lamp on for Kerry.

Another media watchdog group comes blatantly out of the closet. Now, time for me turn into a pumpkin.

What rule did they break?

I think corpse is referring this, with respect to Ohio:
Four or more channels have called the election the same way and none have dissented. (This standard previously counted affiliated networks separately.)

There are a couple things wrong with corpse's judgment:
1. CNN, at least, has dissented: they have "called" Ohio as too close to call.
2. If you consider that FOX/FNC and MSNBC/NBC are more or less equivalent, then only two networks have called Ohio for Bush.
