I recently came across http://www.cosmic-essene.org and can't follow much of it. What do you scientific experts make of it?

Aach! I'm blind!
Somebody needs to learn how to make a readable color scheme.
I refuse to read a website that give me a headache just looking at it.

Yuck! I suppose that color scheme is specifically designed to keep people from reading the text too carefully. Well, Yalel, apart from the ghastly colors, I find it in much same style as your writings.
In this case, the guy claims to have found an obvious fault in Thermodynamics. This blatant error has somehow gone unnoticed by the entire scientific community for about 70 years, but fortunately he has singlehandedly found the solution. And not only that, but his revolutionary new theory also provides the unifying link between science and religion, another thing that has been eluding the world's best thinkers for ages.
Sooo, now we wait to hear about this fellow getting the Nobel prize and honorable profesorates at universities all over the world. ---- I'm not holding my breath, though.
 Hans

Tip for reading sites with bad colour schemes :
Use the Opera web browser (download from Opera.com (http://www.opera.com) ). When faced with a difficult-to-read web page, just click on "author mode" and its instantly readable.
(OK, there are about a zillion other ways to do it, but author mode is a nice one-click feature and Opera is much nicer than IE anyway).

Yes Opera is good, but the 7.0 Beta release is still buggy. Or should I say this board is buggy since the pages stop loading too soon and usually all you can read is the first couple of messages.
I wonder if I should go back to 6.05? Naah, this is still better...
And to go back to on topic; yes I hated the colors too.
