Dear Sir,

The signers, Dr. Burkhardt Greiff and Adolf Schilling, declare by this statement that they are capable of realizing the tests with a diving rod which were shown on German TV ARD, October 13, 2004.

Test 1- The identification of a bucket filled with water between 10 to 15 empty buckets. For over 50 years Mr. Schilling is able to locate water veins in order to build fountains.

Test 2- The identification of a mobile phone under a bucket between 10 to 15 empty buckets.

This application arrived with numerous xerox'd articles on Adolf Schilling from BIZ magazine's October 1999 issue.

I have responded as I always do by asking the applicants to adhere to the Challenge rules by telling us...

A- HOW do you propose to demonstrate your claim?
B- Under what CIRCUMSTANCES?
C- With what degree of ACCURACY (that is, what do you propose would constitute a successful demonstration)?

I have also asked WHO (of the two) will perform the test, and what the role of the 2nd applicant is.

Dear Mr. Kramer

First of all we would like to thank you for answering our letter. We list the additional information that are needed to process our application.

1. Specification of the demonstration of our abilities:

The extraordinary thing about our abilities is Mr. Schilling and Mr. Greiff are capable of finding water veins with the help of a divining rod. Mr. Greiff and Mr. Schilling located numerous water veins in the last few years in order to install wells for the private sector.

On October 2004 German television aired a documentary showing people who pretended to locate water with a divining rod;
- 10 buckets were put in a row and covered with blankets
- an unknown bucket was filled with water
- the other 9 buckets were empty
- the persons were supposed to find the water-filled bucket exclusively with the divining rod

Finally none of them succeeded. We claim we can repeat this attempt and successfully accomplish it.

Moreover we claim to be able to locate cell phones because of their electromagnetic waves. To prove our ability we mount similarly to the first experiment 10 buckets covered with blankets in a row; one unknown bucket is filled with a mobile phone; the other 9 buckets are empty; we are able to find the cell phone with the divining rod exclusively.

Finally we are not only able to find water but also cell phones with the help of a diving rod.

2. Which circumstances?

The different attempts listed above may be carried out in nature as well as in a room (office room etc.) We were successful under both circumstances.

3. Which degree of accuracy?

We claim that our attempts are going to be successful at 100%.
We don’t need any tolerance, for instance 8 out of 10 successful attempts.

According to the attempts described above, only the discovery of the water-filled bucket or the cell phone may be called “a successful attempt�.

It is my understanding that our associate in Germany, Mr. Martin Mahner of "GWUP", is now in contact with you regarding the testing of your claim. He also has informed me that his schedule is so very heavy that he will most likely be unable to conduct a test until the later part of the summer. He has over 30 claims to test during 2005 alone, so we are very happy that he has agreed to fit you into his calender.
