I highly recommend A Brief Tour of Human Consciousness by V. S. Ramachandran. It contains fascinating stories of people with various sort of brain anomalies, along with resulting speculations about how the brain works, many of which are testable. I'm about halfway through and can't put it down.

Thanks... it sound interesting. Especially since I have run out of Oliver Sacks books to read. I guess I just have this weird fascination with brain anomalies.
