I am looking for a totally girly cell-phone, pink or fuschia, with strasses all over.

Do you have any idea which company produces such devices?

TIA

Get one with replacement shells. Those shells come in any decor you can imagine (and some you can't).

There are even places that put your own design on a fascia.

This is exactly what I was having in mind!!!!! Isn't that beautiful?( Huh Pragmatist?? :) )

Some years ago Motorola introduced a red ladies' cell phone that had features designed for women ( calendar to follow the menstrual circle etc)but I find the menus of the Motorola cell phones really complicated in comparison with the menus of Nokia.

I was the first in Athens to buy Nokia 8810 (http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,8764,140,00.html) and I remember that I asked the surprized Nokia dealer in Athens if there was a golden version of this phone too because I couldn't possibly carry it with me when I was wearing golden jewelry and my tiny golden purses( with matching golden sandals of course!!!) and frankly guys back then I was talking seriously and the worse of all is that I didn't carry this phone with me when I was in gold because it would spoil the look. :)

I really don't know why I'm giving shopping suggestions to you but here you go :)

Limited Escada SL55 by Siemens (http://communications.siemens.com/cds/frontdoor/0,2241,hq_en_0_26661_rArNrNrNrN,00.html)

and even more expensive

Limited Escada SL65 (http://communications.siemens.com/cds/frontdoor/0,2241,hq_en_0_67273_rArNrNrNrN,00.html)

Probably costs its weigth in 20€ bills but since when is money a problem for queens?

Another group of cell phones a straight guy wouldn't want to be seen with even if his life depended on it are the Siemens Xelibri (http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/cat/Xelibri.htm) models. One even has two makeup mirrors. If you want one of those you gotta hurry though, because Siemens has stopped making them.

Thanks for the suggestions.

This "Denim and Diamonds" model by Escada is a very beautiful phone. The "problem" is that I have a rather heavy and distant look in RL, I rarely smile, I smile with the eyes mostly and I need silly gadgets to indicate that I do not take myself as seriously as other people might think. This Denim and Diamonds beauty is for women that take themselves really seriously unlike the pink Motorola that has an elegant sense of humor.

Have you ever imagined such an analysis for a damn cell-phone? :D

Wouldn't you be better just buying a very small phone and spending the money on the most frivolous handbag you can find to keep it in?

Motorola will deliver my pink cell phone in my hands in 20 days. I had to do a special order, it was easier than it sounds and the Motorola people were delighted. I can be a sweet talker some times.

In order to get a better price though I informed them that a certain gentleman who is characterized by his... pragmatism intends to order a identical one for his wife for the forthecoming Valentine's Day.
