Best magic trick I ever saw:
At the MGM Grand, in the old Wizard of Oz magic show. This was a theater in the round. Someone crawled into a disappearing cabinet. It was kind of like an urn, with a top that fastened on. Sort of like a basket. I don't recall it totally, it may have been that swords were then stuck in it.
But see, the thing was on legs. And I could see under the legs. And as I said, it was in the round. And the room was very small, almost close-up magic size.
I COULD SEE UNDER THE LEGS! I was looking for a mirror, and I was convinced there wasn't any.
But the person disappeared from it.
Whoever designed that show and that illusion, hats off to you. Best damn trick I ever saw.
