Not sure why, but the new metric graph refuses to show up properly, at least on my end. Anyone else having a problem with this?

Otherwise, your comment also managed to confuse me utterly until I'd reread it about half a dozen times, but I guess that was at least partially your intention. On the other hand, a woman that's willing to tell me her actual weight (and height) earns some respect points in my book.

I hesitate to point out that LA has yet to provide any evidence of "her" alleged feminine gender. "She" is, I submit, rather maydayish in "her" propensity to make outlandish claims while refusing to back them up.

Moreover, keep in mind, people, that "she" has now entered the catagory of applicant and is therefore to be viewed as potentially unstable.

I notice you're ducking the subject of graphs failing to show up. Can you really be trustworthy?

Moi? Dirty? Non, non! Smudged a bit here and there... perhaps a scuff or two... mayhap a blot... but dirty? Never! Remember, according to mayday, 1inchrist, lifegazer and Interesting Ian, the moment I joined these forums as a skeptic I had my brain washed. :D

As to the first... I'm sure she's female. Sometimes a guy can just tell. ;)

As to the second part... well. I could make a slightly misogynist remark about females being potentially unstable anyway - but the skeptic in me forces me to recognize that it's a human condition, and hardly restricted to a given sex. :D

(That and I like my cojones right where they are, thankyouverymucheveryone! ;))

It's occured to me that Paul Carey is a poet.

It's also occurred to me that I can't afford new pants and therefore should exercise.

However, Paul Carey is a poet.

I am now on the Soul of a Poet diet. Someone bring me a bib and a large steak knife.

This is why poets are not a viable human form. They can't sense their own death...

Hey, Cork is next door to.... Limerick!

There was a claimed psychic called Carey
Of challenges he was quite wary,
When offfered a test,
He gibbered protest,
And now his ramblings are suddenly scary.

Any other efforts appreciated.

An Irish wit named Paul
Thought he'd outwit them all.
But a deluge of food
Altered his mood
And on his conceit cast a pall.

Carey " the psychic", proclaimed a gift,
when Kramer enquired, he was quiet miffed,

Carey says: " i want the million"
Kramer frowns: " not in a billion"

" first you proof what you can do"
" and show us your wonder woo woo!

and back and forth and forth and back,
Kramer cuts him no more slack,

Carey shouts: " i am the best"
Kramer yawns: " just take the test"

Since then Carey`s just been a user,
and a forum thread abuser,

forth and back and back and forth,
his every word to death us bores.

:D Greetz @ all

Oh maaaan, i`m just not in the mood,
to write a poem about food,
but since you ask and seem insistent,
i will but try, i`m not resistant,
an ode to bread is in my mind,
a tastier subject? could not find,
what stands out in my mind the most,
is.......
Carey is as thick as toast !!!!

Haha! He uses "quotation marks" to describe his own "thought".

How hilariously apt.

That is indeed a "great" and "interesting" "thought" Paul.

Keep watching and building up your interesting picture. Most people could have worked it out by now, but no matter.
You'll get there in the end.

Tea (my recipe):

Boil a cup of water. Turn off heat. Add one bag of tea. Leave covered for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar or honey and a few drops of lemon juice. You can substitute lemon juice with rum.

Note: alcoholics can flip the water to rum ratio.

Enjoy. :D

1) Paul and "thought" - mutually exclusive.

2) Paul and "leave" - wishful thinking.

Hello all,
The reason so many people remain interested in my thread ( ten thousand plus), is how far jref and their cohorts will go to remain in denial. A closed mind is a self perpetuating trap. Just in case anyone forgot , they refused to test me on two other important parts of my challange.

Their rules state a mutually agreed venue and test facilitors, both of which they denied me from the start. The Irish group of testers did not exist at the time it was proposed. In fact when I contacted them they had never heard of jref. I have kept records of all communications made ( including kramers slander)

Thanks for your continued interest,

Paul,

This thread does indeed have very many views. Still less than half of those in the Audio Critic thread, though. I'm afraid that you just don't quite measure up. You see, the difference is, Mike Anda actually believed all the crap he spouted. You're disingenousness is far less compelling and dramatic. I invite you to keep trying, but don't be too disappointed when the realisation that you are merely half the ass that Mike was finally sets in. Have a good weekend. I know it will be good for me.

Regards,

Paul

Nope.
If he chooses to assume we are still interested in him then he probably has a rich and detailed fantasy life in which people on street corners are talking abuot him, beautiful women were gazing at him a second before he turned round to check, and the CIA are wondering whether to recruit him this week or next week, or will it cause too powerful a shift in intelligence networks to be worth the risk.

Or maybe he was that little runty kid who always ran up and annoyed the big bullies because even being beaten up was better than being an ignored nobody.

Still while he keeps bumping it, he ensures that we'll always have quick reference to this great recipes thread. :)

What, in the name of whatever you hold sacred, makes you think that Carey even reads these posts, much less replies to them?

From the pattern, he seems to have some sort of entry in a datebook telling him it's time to post in this forum. However, he doesn't seem to have any "message" at all, other than to remind us he's still around.

Kind of makes you wonder why anyone with psychic abilities needs a computer to remind people he's "here." Can't he send a psychic message to us all?

I understand the reasoning behind the suggestion of locking the thread and there are even reasons for banning naughtyrasputin however (so far) I have not done so as I would rather allow him by his actions to demonstrate the type of person he is. With that in mind his posts have merely continued to show, albeit in a very tedious and puerile manner, how correct KRAMER and the JREF were in their assessment.

Obviously if he commits a major transgression I will take further action.

I've given up on even that. His postings are just stupid now, not even entertainingly so.

It's just become like watching an unpopular child at school bang his head against a desk or do something equally stupid just so the other kids will look at him for a brief moment. ETA: Oh I've just noticed I've already made that analogy earlier on in the thread - I'm even repeating myself now

Oh well, hopefully he'll get bored or embarassed at some point (note to self, don't hold breath).

I think I've said this before, but I think he's got some sort of auto-reminder set. I'm also reasonably sure that he reads neither our posts nor even his own. It's purely a "I'm still here" ploy.

I don't think locking the thread would do any good; he'd just start another. He's annoying, but I haven't seen him do anything that would justify banning (although I wish Darat would expand on that hint -- what reasons?).

Why is it that being the good guys means you have to let the bad guys run roughshod all over you? Why can't we have some sort of Riot Act where, after people like Carey push us over the line, the gloves can come off?
