Have you lost touch with your universal life energy? Does your spirit need healing? The good news is that all this Reiki Master needs to know is your name and what it is you need help with in order to channel health to you. Distance is not a problem! All this for a mere $10.00 (no shipping fee listed!).

Enjoy!

I thought Ebay woundn't sell something unless it was an actual object.

Wow! The balls of some people!

"Send me $10 dollars and I will send you nothing in return."

That's, erm, out and out fraud isn't it?

Although the usual guideline applies - If someone is stupid enough to send this person money, I can't really find much sympathy for them.

There are times when I see a paranormal claim so outrageous, so blatantly bogus, that I can't help but think the people who fall for it need to be victimized for their own good.

This is one of those times.

No, you can sell services. I've tried selling my web development services...Unfortunately, everybody and their dog does that so I couldn't make it work. :P

From looking at it, it seems this is the user's first attempt to sell something, and it's received no purchases so far (it's a fixed price auction).

It'll be interesting to see what eBay does with this. On the one hand, selling nothing is against their TOS. On the other, they can't prove that it's "nothing." However, eBay's got a pretty good CYA policy, and they seem to follow the philosophy of "when in doubt, end the auction."

From their TOS:

5.3 Fraud. Without limiting any other remedies, eBay may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

So they're really not required to prove anything, or back up their suspicions, refund your fees, or anything. (This can be very irritating if you're selling legit items and they decide to cancel your auction; they don't really have an appeals process.)

My money says they'll end it.

You know, ebay allows these type of auctions but god (or whatever) help you if you dare sell a promo copy of a cd.
(Or anything relating to Julie Newmar as she apparently scans ebay and sends warning letters)
