I enjoyed the recent thread on members describing their journeys from belief to skepticism, mostly since these descriptions mirrored my own.

Then it struck me how little you hear of the conversions going the other way. ie. a former skeptic who, after examining all the evidence, came to believe in a particular paranormal phenomenon.
Of course, there have been scientists who temporarily entertained such notions, but very few seem to have maintained their beliefs. If there are exceptions, I would like to hear about them. Or anyone else who falls into this category.

Perhaps there are paranormalists (I am trying to be very PC about not using "woos" or "believers") lurking here who qualify. If so, perhaps you would like to describe the process?

No... Although I missed the referenced thread, I'm afraid my journey went in the expected direction. Sorry to disappoint.

Because there is no evidence of paranormal phenomenon being real. There is nothing really to examine.
