I was put off at first, but actually it looks pretty interesting and seems from its description to be scientifically-grounded. It seems to be exploring the physiological nature of meditation, free from mystical woo-woo.

Just as a side note, not every "mystical" thing about meditation is woo. Altered states of consciousness are real, and if no religious interpretation happens, all we have are subjective reports of those states and their implications to daily life. Zero woo.
