These are the kinds of pictures that are arranged to keep the memory of a leader alive during a war.

I don't know if Saddam is dead, wounded or whatever, but for the information minister to prop up a vintage photo of him like that is pretty remarkable propaganda.

Yeah, 'cept that picture is posted every few friggin' feet in Iraq. Seems to be some sort of wallpaper pattern.

My left side is my good side. And that picture is my favorite. You want autograph copy?

I'm not so stupid I'm going to tell everybody where I am by being on the TV, you crazy Americans.

What am I doing you wonder? Oh, catching up with my "to do" list, mostly. Would you believe, Kim Jung Il has been calling me all the time. I was kind of nice to him, and now he things we are best buddies. My voicemail is so full!

You guys don't like my attitude, well, try listening to an overgrown mama's boy when he can't decide what movie he wants to get next on DVD.

Americans, why you don't you do us both a big favor and send your next "bunker buster" to Dear Leader's fat head?

JK. Say it ain't so!!!

You assured us in another thread He had been wounded, You even knew the length of the piece of shrapnel (10 inches) and where it was (in his guts). Surely you're not backing away from this now??? I rely on your unerring accuracy to balance out the communist propaganda I get on CNN. :)

Sorry, Jedi, to me the "standing ... memory of Saddam" put me in mind of a farmer standing in the back of dairy barn, holding a pitchfork, and you can guess what he's standing in.

Err. Ok. With you, it's hard to know.

Regardless of whatever you think obout it, I still have an intense dislike for crackerjack totalitarian murderous dictators who think from 15cm below their belt buckle.

If there was a god, Saddamn would fall in love with a man who was far, far to the left.
;)

(edited to fix distance below belt buckle, I was advised I was giving someone too much credit)
