He applied for his dogs registration but his wife is listed as the dog's owner.

The reverse happened to me......I'm now the proud owner of a maltese-shitzu cross. :D

If that's the case, haven't these little gems made The Commentary in the past? I seem to remember them from somewhere associated with the JREF...
