I stubbled upon his site: www.copvcia.com

Interesting if in deed true, I noticed there is a lot of AP and Reuters stuff that gets mention on this BB.

Warning: If you're Pro-Bush in any form you will hate the site.

I recommend reading the rather thorough response (http://mckinneysucks.blogspot.com/) to Mike Rupert's woo-woo timeline (http://www.fromthewilderness.com/free/ww3/02_11_02_lucy.html).

The links on the left (Mike Ruper's Conspiracy Timeline Parts I-IV) cover the first 85% of the timeline, then apparently Bill Herbert got tired of doing it.
