TBILISI, Georgia - (KRT) - President Bush traveled Monday to one of Europe's newest democracies to broadcast his message about spreading freedom and democracy.

Bush, who's unpopular in Western Europe, received an enthusiastic welcome in Georgia, where thousands of people lined the road from the airport into town. At a welcoming ceremony in Tbilisi's Freedom Square, the president thrilled the crowd by bobbing his head and shaking his hips to a beat provided by Georgian singers and dancers.

``I would never dance like that,'' a beaming Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili said later. ``He danced much better than I would have.''
