Due Process Vanishes in Thin Air (http://www.wired.com/news/privacy/0,1848,58386,00.html)
I was reading the linked article and it struck me as strange that we have a terrorist no fly watchlist in which the US government fills with names of suspected terrorists. I am assuming that the names get put on there because these people are at the very least wanted for questioning and are considered dangerous. So why is that if you have a name like someone on the list you can go to the airport to get your ticket and all they do is turn you away?
