The man was covered in blood, and had a chainsaw, axe, swords, brass knuckles and a flak jacket. He told them he had killed 700 people. And they didn't do anything but confiscate the weapons, because he had the proper citizenship papers. He had decapitated his neighbors.

But my favorite part, (well, one of my favorite), is that they didn't bother to inform local police that they had let the man into the area.

They seemed more concern with playing around with his swords in the back room before sending him through.
