Chomsky critics?

A friend wrote to me recently during one of our email political discussions:

"I'm in the market for Noam critics. I'm looking for real critics though: calm, rational scholars, who disagree with his interpretation and give context for his facts. Bill Mahr does not count."

So, I thought, what the hey? Someone in P&CE might have mentioned his name once or twice :p

Anyways, please let me know any of non-Mahr critics who fit the above definition.
