I can understand if they were a sort of gag gift to give to a christian friend "Now you can stand on the word of God!" then have a few laughs. Such as the mint candies "Testamints" and such.
But to market them as "aids" in daily prayer, meditation, and growth of a strong relationship with Christ is just obviously someone's lust for money from gullible christians who desperately need a prayer answered(ill family member, financial-related trouble, etc...) and will do/buy anything (such as these) to get it answered.

I bet you could sell people anything with Bible verses on them. "Do you want more God in your life? Buy these fine products!"
-Adult diapers printed with the story of Noah and the Deluge
-Enema bags with the story of the Pentecost and how the Holy Spirit filled the Apostles
-Tampons with excerpts from Paul on the godly submissiveness of women.
And for the non-Catholics:
-condoms with verses about who it's abominable to lie with.

The marketing angle is all wrong, there is nothing that sells better to the 17 - 29 year old demographic than manufactured "X-treme", something like:
"By these in-souls so you can karate kick people in face! Stamp the word of Christ on their sinful flesh, that's what Jesus would do, b*tch!"
