You should build a website.
I've seen you present your philosophy on internet messageboards, but that causes the problem that different elements of your philosophy are broken up across thousands of posts. That ultimately does more harm than good for people seriously interested in reading it.
A website is good because it puts your philosophy all in one spot, allows it to be neatly and logically organized, and conveniently accessable. (I believe Interesting Ian also had plans to build a website as well.)
