New World Order and ELF Psychotronic Tyranny

A friend gave me a printout of this stuff (http://www.hiddenmysteries.org/mind/research/re020101c.html). standard conspiracy nut fodder:

- Lots of ALL CAPS

- No references

- No real evidence

- Lots of what the government is doing to us.

I'm wondering how to respond, as I can't be bothered to analyze this stuff in detail. Anyone know of a good reliable source for this type of thing?

According to the site, the Russians/NWO army landed in Alaska in 1994. Given that there haven't reached Wshington state yet, that is one very slow moving military outfit.

Aso for debunking the site, I think this paragraph sums up everything that is laughable about the theories.

The 1988 book, 1 PSYCHIC WARFARE--FACT OR FICTION, 2 edited by John White, carried several articles by Thomas E. Bearden, leading U.S. expert on Soviet Tesla and psychotronic weapons. In his article titled, "Soviet Psychotronic Weapons, A Condensed Background," Bearden stated: "The psychotronic patterns/effects can be modulated onto electromagnetic signals, even of very low intensity" (such as ELF and VLF), "and still affect living systems because of the KINDLING EFFECTS;3 i.e. the psychotronic virtual state modulations 4 are stripped off by a living system (IN THE ACUPUNCTURE POINTS NEAR THE SURFACE OF THE SKIN) and introduced onto the human nervous system where they begin to superpose coherently as time passes. Such collection eventually reach the quantum threshold 5 and OBSERVABLE PHYSICAL CHANGE RESULTS."6

I hadn't noticed the Thomas E. Bearden reference. tom Bearden is IIRC a nut who claims he has harnessed Zero Point Energy- energy from the vacuum of space. I did ask him once if his house was on the grid, but he never replied to my email.
