This application arrived in 2000 without a claim letter, but with the following:

Any kind of remote sensing will do. I can telepathise anything that comes into my mind. Including thoughts.
Everyone in the world picks up Mental Telepathy, while there may be a few exceptions.
I believe they exist.

Andrew Harter wrote to this applicant and asked, "What do you propose to do as a demonstration."
A few weeks later we recieved the letter back with a yellow sticker on it that said, "MOVED LEFT NO ADDRESS UNABLE TO FORWARD".
