Dear Sirs,
This demonstration will consist of the healing of some terminally ill individuals through the divine power invoked by the faith in its existence and its manifestation in the form of a miracle that re[resents the mercy, love and knowledge of a living god and a creator.
It is proposed that you will select ten (10) terminally ill individuals that will be willing to participate, by their own will and faith, in this opportunity for recovering their health. Nevertheless, because illness and death are conditions to which all living creatures are subject by the rules of a superior law and the will of its creator, it can't be guaranteed that all and each of the participants will be cured, but possibly only some of them or may be just one, that for what will be the purpose of this action, it will be enough as an evident proof of this phenomenon being a fact without any doubt of this, in accordance with the most strict experimental scientific method, if the whole act is under fair conditions from your side.
Finally, if this proposition is granted, it's my petition to be able to speak with each of these individuals before any action could be taking place as official act. This is only to establish a human connection among all the participants in this very serious, real and fascinating super human event.

It appears that you are claiming that you can heal terminally ill individuals. We request that you forward us a letter from a state licensed medical doctor indicating that an individual who had a terminal illness was cured of that illness as a result of your intervention.
We will hold your case open for 6 months, and await the above documentation.
