I don't have Outlook on my home PC, but I believe the 'Import/Export' wizard from the file menu is what you want. Are you transferring to Outlook or another program?

Easiest way is to just export it as another format, excel, access, whatever your version has available. Then import it into outlook on the other computer. Plus this way you have a backup in a easily readable format.

File
Import and Export
Export to a file
Personal Folder file (.pst)
Select the top folder (usually 'mailbox' or something similar) from the list which pops up. Tick the box 'Include Subfolders'
In the next window, 'Browse' to somewhere you want to save the file, like 'My Documents'
Finish
Select 'No Encryption'
That's it! If you want to use another program to read the information, change the stage where you select 'Personal Folder file' to 'Comma Separated Values'. If you want ONLY the Address book, on the 4th stage listed above, ONLY select 'Contacts'.
