This application arrived during the final week of August, 2005, without a claim letter. As I was preparing to write to Mr. Tecter notifying him of the fact that he needed to submit a claim letter along with the application (and further suggesting that he read the Challenge rules and FAQ thoroughly before doing so), I saw the following words scrawled upon the back of the application:
Can allow Anyone to Wink/Blink they eyes to move a pendulum.
