Maybe someone should tell the Japanese restaurant owner that if can prove that the building is haunted he can claim the JREF prize as well. I have heard of many reasons people try to get out of a lease but ghosts is a new one on me.

If they were smart, they'd use the ghosts to their advantage and advertise as a haunted restaurant----haunted sushi would be a bit of a novelty
