I was wondering while the wife was trapesing off to church thirty times this holy of holy weekends, what would happen if they found an authentic photograph of the crucifixion and Jebus was on the left and not in the middle?

I expect we would hear a great big WHOOPS from the religious community.

Just me thinking about stuff.:)

Hmmm.
Some theologists,I think,would like to tell you that his looks have been somehow tracked down and there is evidence for how he supposedly looked like,I do not where they ripped this off from though.
As far as I know,he is identified as "a general man of the time" or something like that. :)
However,I doubt any ancient writings indicate what he supposedly looked like.

There was a Catholic Priest called Father Arnetti who claimed to have invented a time machine called the Chronovisor, and who went back in time to the crucifixion and took photos of it... apparently, of course, the Vatican covered it up... there was an article about it in Fortean Times a couple of months ago that showed the alleged photos. They were clearly just fuzzy pictures of a crucifix.

The Fortean Times website does not have the excellent in depth article up on their site yet, but here (http://www.wesclark.com/jw/vatican_time_machine.html) is another one about it. Funny stuff.
