I remember we had a thread for this last year so since it's getting close to TAM4 we should start it again. . .

If you're on a tight budget and are looking for a room share to save $$$ on the hotel post a notice here.

(BTW I'm fine, I'm not looking for a room to share :) )

Since I'm likely going, I could use a roommate please. PM me seriously, make dirty jokes here. :D

If by "roomate" you mean "sex slave who is tied up in the closet only to be brought out to service skepchicks as ordered" I am indeed looking to be a "roomate."

If your definition of "roomate" means "Someone to be locked in a room with Kilik and Iamme and given a baseball bat with spikes through it" then I am very eagerly looking to be a "roomate."

If by "roomate" you mean "someone to share a room with" then that sounds far too boring. I pass unless there is specifically sex, drugs and/or troll beating involved.

Preferrably all three.

The good news is that you're signed up. The bad news is that both the sex and the beating are with the trolls.

I need a roommate! pick me! pick me!

(and the more people we can pack in this room, the cheaper it will be. just a thought.)

Am also looking for a roommate. I'll be there Thursday through Sunday (not Sunday night). Anyone still looking?

Welcome, Hawkeye--It might help if you define if you're male or female...

I have a roommate lined up, but I just realized that I'm not sure what the length of stay they reserved. I may be in need of additional days for a roommate.

Same here...I should save the money. But then again, I like my privacy just in case.

I would suggest you bug MLynn to come to TAM4. Just from reading your posts, I think you and her would hit it off--and MLynn is very understanding-I believe she had a roomie last year (Eos of the Eons) and that worked quite nicely. I believe.

But she is still dithering about coming, so maybe you can help convince her.

Unfortunately my planned room-mate has just let me know he probably can´t make it this time (:( ). Therefore, I am looking for another room-mate.

I don´t smoke, don´t snore (much) and don´t have any other odious personal habits (that I´m aware of). Oh, I´m male and in my late 20´s, so skepchicks of similar age room with me at their own risk... ;)

I´m in Vegas from Wednesday evening to Monday morning, but I will happily share with anyone who stays longer or shorter than that.

One condition that I do have for sharing a room is that the room-mate takes care of the registration (and preferably can wait for me to pay my part of the fare in cash (or traveller cheques) at TAM itself). I´ll buy you a beer (or whatever) at TAM to compensate for that.

"Do Not Disturb" sign on the door handle means "Go Play Blackjack for a Few More Hours."

It's Vegas, I think everyone understands.

Okay, but if you come back to the room and there's a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the handle, it means you have to go play blackjack for a few hours.

I have a West Tower 2-bed room reservation for Jan 23 through Jan 30.

My credits: clean, quiet, non-snoring (maybe), non-smoking.

Let me know if you haven't got a better offer, namely a skepchick ;). I haven't :(.

Sounds great. I mean... a pity about Exarch :( :( , of course, but since we´re pretty much in the same boat, having been abandoned by our respective room-mates, we might as well be in the same room, too. :)

Tell you what... if I get two skepchicks, I´ll send one along to you. :D

You may wish to PM me your name and home address, so I can fill out the registration form with you as another room occupant. That way, they will hand you a key to the room upon arrival. And please, knock the door first,... you know,.... just in case ,.... *ahem*, *cough*... ;)

I technically have to ask my secondary roomate, xenxabar, but if either Lost Angeles or Rebecca need a room, I am more than happy to sleep on the floor. It's where I'd most likely end up comfortable anyway. I broke my back 2 years ago and I can't stand the usual ultra-cushy beds most hotels provide. Chaos, even if he's/ she's cool.

I've bought my non-refundable ticket and registered but have not booked a hotel room yet, so I'm available as a room mate. Male, 38, happily married, non-smoking, clean, but am known to snore occasionally...

Stimson J Cat, was my roommate last year if you want a reference. :)

I've reserved a double room, and am willing to share. I'm a non smoking female, but I'm willing to room with a male( I share sleeping quarters at work, so what's the difference?) I am booked from the 24th(Tuesday) through 28th(checkout Sunday morning)

Well, I'm arriving in Vegas on Monday, the 23rd.
I'm still looking for a ride to LA (unless everyone from LA is flying out, in which case, it'll be a cattle transport, like Southwest or Blue Jet) so I'm not sure when I'll be leaving, but preferably not before Monday evening (the 30th).

And I'm still looking for someone to share a room with. Seeing how this is probably going to be around 6 or 7 nights, I can definitely not afford that on my own ...

Please do let me know if anyone still needs a roommate at this time.

I'm 29F non-smoker non-snorer. I'll be there Thursday until Sunday morning.

Thanks.

I have a room, offering to share if someone is not all set yet. Female non-smoker (this matters tremendously, sorry, wish it didn't), arriving late Wednesday, checking out Sunday morning.

I'm planning to stay at the Stardust from the night of the 26th, through the night of the 29th. The total cost for that room is $175, but if someone's willing to split that with me, it should be a good deal, no?

Due to many unavoidable delays, I might actually be able to attend TAM4.

So I'm tossing my jacket in the ring to announce that I too am interested in rooming with someone. So if you have a room, and are looking for (one more person) to defray the cost, PM me.

I've roomed with Skyhar, Pirate_lad, and Clint Taylor at past TAMs.

If someone gets stuck see me. I know a few people not sharing a room, that have a spare bed from emergencies.
