Whats the point? Its been going for what? 40 years or so.

All its doing now is causeing pain, and Castro aint going anywhere till the reaper takes him. Is it time to drop the whole thing.

The only active participants of the embargo against doing commerce with Cuba are The U.S. and the Marshall Islands. France can trade whenever they want. Cuba sends Cigars and the French send something or other. Maybe 2d rate wine. Which the average Cuban loves to drink. Also Cuba sends physicians to all parts of the world while having their own people sacrifice without medical aid from it's self-sufficient health-care system.

Where are the "Usual riots"?

Well participant are shot or imprisoned etc.

Which is actually a great solution that France would implement if they had not thought of it first.
