I think the model in the BBC pic is not the same girl.

I think she's this one (http://denbeste.nu/cd_log_entries/2002/04/FetishFreaksUnite.shtml).

Yes, I noticed they had different names, which is why I said that I believed that it wasn't the same girl. I thought that the BBC wrote the article about Michelle Powell and used a stock photo of Nell McAndrew. I could be wrong, however.
