It may be time for Israel to send in the tanks again.

I think it is time for Israeli troops to go house to house and clean the terrorist trash out of there and dismantle the bomb-making factories in the West Bank and Gaza.

Or......

Israel should demand a new dress code for all Palestinians entering Israel. No more fluffy clothing to mask vest-bombs.

Those are the only solutions, since the PLA has no intentions to go after the terrorists that inhabit the same space as they do.

I have a term I have been saving for some time that fits this situation specifically. I wasn't going to use it because some leftist media columnist would steal it and get credit for it.

Anyway, what Israel needs to do is establish a new propaganda protocal, a positive propaganda protocal called a "violence quarantine".

I agree that the bombing is horrible, so eye for an eye eh? So just suspend the civil liberties in the non democracy.
Can they truely find these bomb factories. Would it also be useful to stop the sale of fertilizer. Wouldn't a strategy of inderdiction be usefull if equally futile.

As an explosives expert, there is a very specific fertilizer used to make explosives I think you are hinting to. That fertilizer can be replaced by fertilizer that is not capable of being sensitized into an explosive. So your idea is a good one but would not require the banning off all fertilizer, just one very specific category of fertilizers.

well, chicken poo cannot be made into an explosive...but just about any superphosphate fertilizer can. are you going to ban all fertilizers besides chook poo?

All cheap concentrated superphosphates can be made to go boom...soak them in diesel and use a high explosive initiator (fertilizer makes a low explosive and needs a fair bit of a bang to set it off)..... JK, as an "explosive expert" you should know that everyone and thier dog knows how to make fertiliser bombs....and Superphosphate is one of he most common substances on the planet. The explosives that the Palestinians are using are military-grade high-explosives anyway. The terrorists in the middle east get their explosives from the Iranians and Syrians. They have no need to use nitrate-based explosives when they have open access to acquire high-explosives on demand.

This is daft. The amount of explosive needed for a suicide bomber is obviously no more than can be hidden on a person. There is no way you kan keep such amounts of explosives, even military grade, from being available to an organisation that is desparate enough to use suicide bombers in the first place.

They may be getting them from Iran and Syria right now, but they could smuggle them in from the other side of the planet if needed.

The only way to stop this is to change the political climate.

You need a lot of fertilizer to make an effective nitrate bomb. It is logistically inadequate for terrorist operations to use that type of explosive because of weight restrictions that humans have carrying it, but you can use alternate forms of fertilizer if you want to control nitrate importation into a country.

Come to think of it, any "explosives expert" should be able to tell you that a simple bomb can be using gunpowder from about two or three hundred bullets (and there are plenty of these).

Such a bomb would not be as powerful or as stable as one made from C-4, or something similar, but it would work all the same.
