That's funny. But what does it mean?

Tried to attach something you can find at http://www.peterwerbe.com/

Scroll down around 3/4 of the page until you find "Rush Limbaugh sings: I'm a Nazi". Follow instructions, wait for it to download to your desktop, then attach and post.

After the page takes around twenty minutes or so to open, you may assume it ain't gonna work.

I would still recommend the song.
